We are looking for a Channel Partnership professional to support the expansion and execution of our marketing activities across various channels. This role will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building partnerships with potential channel partners such as schools/universities, office towers, public spaces, hospitals/clinic, and other relevant venues for client campaigns and activation programs.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, understands how to manage partnerships and commercial discussions, and is able to secure the most suitable channel options based on client briefs, campaign objectives, and budget requirements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop potential channel partners for marketing activities and brand activation programs.
Reach out to and build relationships with external partners such as, schools/universities, office towers, public spaces, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant venues.
Negotiate partnership terms, commercial agreements, and placement rates to ensure alignment with campaign needs and company targets.
Source and propose suitable channels based on client briefs, target audience, campaign objectives, location preferences, and available budget.
Coordinate internally with Sales, Project, and related teams to understand campaign requirements and ensure channel recommendations meet client expectations.
Manage communication and follow-up with channel partners throughout the discussion and agreement process.
Maintain and update channel partner database, pricing information, and relevant partnership records.
Monitor channel availability, requirements, and commercial terms to support smooth campaign planning and execution.
Explore new channel opportunities and partnership potential to support business growth and campaign expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in channel development, business development, partnership, account management, or a related role.
Experience in handling external partnerships, commercial negotiations, or vendor/channel coordination.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Able to understand campaign briefs and match them with suitable channel options.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several partnership discussions at the same time.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail in handling pricing, partner data, and follow-up processes.
Proactive, target-oriented, and resourceful in identifying new partnership opportunities.
Experience in agency, media, activation, event, or marketing-related industries will be an advantage.
