About the role and Beeline Equity:

As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we’re seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage deals from intake through close, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle of Beeline Equity transactions from initial client engagement through closing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and guidance throughout the process
• Evaluate and structure deals with a strong understanding of home equity solutions
• Guide clients through documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and file completeness
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions on track and avoid delays
• Consistently meet closing targets

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, HEI customer service, or similar role is a plus
• Strong understanding of mortgage or home equity products
• Experience managing pipelines and client communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and demonstrate a high level of adaptability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
