Position Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Finance Operations Administrator to manage and process daily financial transactions within the Operations Division. This role is essential in ensuring all financial activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, disbursements, and fund transfers.
- Reconcile transaction records with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the company’s systems.
- Liaise with banking partners for transaction processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs, including customer onboarding and product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining internal control procedures for financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with backgrounds in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation, and settlement process.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in financial operations, transaction processing, or administrative finance roles will be an advantage.
