Section Manager Warehouse (Surabaya)

Description :

1.       Provide input and motivation to employees during briefings before activities begin

2.       Maintain real-time, accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Supervise the

running process to avoid errors

3.       Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles to ensure effective inventory rotation and minimize product

risk

4.       Drive route optimization initiatives to reduce transportation costs, improve transit time, and increase overall

logistics efficiency.

5.       Supervise the running process to avoid errors

6.       Coordinate with the internal & external department regarding cross-division needs

7.       Provide solutions to every activity that experiences problems and inform the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications :

1.        Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven track record working experiences from a FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer

Goods) or a similar regulated distribution with A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or

leadership role.

2.        Strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

3.        Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken will be consider.

4.        Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel), Power BI, and other relevant

business tools.

5.        Having knowledge in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Good analytical for the inventory

including logistic & Warehouse operational and having communication skills for internal and external

coordination also have ability to compile periodic logistic and inventory reports as material for

management evaluation.

6.        Ensure all the Logistic and Warehouse opartional running smoothly and supervise monitoring the running

process to avoid errors, guide the team, and be responsible for the performance of members.
