As we continue to expand our digital footprint and dominate the beauty e-commerce landscape, we are looking for a visionary, data-driven, and highly strategic E-Commerce Specialist to join our growth team.

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End E-Commerce Management: Lead, optimize, and grow COLORROSE’s official stores across top marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
Commercial & Revenue Strategy: Formulate and execute aggressive sales and promotional strategies to maximize GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), improve conversion rates, and hit monthly revenue targets.
Advanced Media Buying & Ads: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising budgets. Drive high ROI using Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and CPAS (Collaborative Ads) to funnel high-intent traffic to our stores.
Financial & Platform Optimization: Keep a sharp, up-to-date eye on evolving marketplace mechanics, including platform admin fees, commission structures, and service fees to maintain healthy profit margins.
Campaign Execution: Own the e-commerce calendar. Design and execute high-converting pricing, bundling, and mega-campaign strategies (e.g., Double-Day Sales like 9.9, 11.11, Payday Sales, and Flash Sales).
Data Analysis & Pricing: Regularly audit product pricing structures vs. competitors. Analyze traffic, basket size, and consumer behavior data to generate actionable insights and forecast inventory needs.
Requirements & Criteria:
1. The E-Commerce Expertise (Core)
Marketplace Native: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce stores (preferably in the FMCG, Beauty, or Fashion industry).
Fee & Margin Savvy: Deep understanding of the latest marketplace mechanics, updated platform fees, and how to structure pricing without hurting net margins.
GMV Scaling: Proven track record of successfully planning sales strategies that directly scale GMV and improve store health metrics.
2. Paid Ads & Traffic Expertise
Paid Traffic Mastery: Hands-on expert in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and marketplace native ads (especially Shopee Ads).
CPAS Expert: Deep understanding of setting up, optimizing, and scaling CPAS (Collaborative Ads) campaigns with brand partners.
3. Basic & Operational Skills
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAM) and internal creative teams.
High attention to detail, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about the beauty and makeup industry is a major plus!
