CHIEF ENGINEERING (BALI)

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

• Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experienced in managing engineering operations for commercial properties, shopping malls, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, generators, WTP/STP, and building utilities.

• Familiar with preventive maintenance, OHS, SNI, PUIL, fire safety, and relevant government regulations.

• Experienced in tenant fit-out coordination, contractor management, and engineering project execution.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, and technical reporting skills.

• Willing to work on-call when required; Bali domicile is preferred.

Responsibility:

• Lead the operation and maintenance of all engineering systems, facilities, and utilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

• Manage common areas, infrastructure, and engineering support for tenant fit-out, renovation, and daily operations.

• Plan and supervise engineering projects, asset improvements, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with OHS, fire safety, environmental, and government regulations.

• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the engineering team to achieve operational excellence.

• Support engineering requirements for events, emergency response, and continuous facility improvement.
