What you will do:
Prepare pastry and bakery ingredients according to recipes and company quality standards.
Weigh, measure, cut, and organize ingredients required for daily production.
Assist in the shaping, baking, filling, and finishing processes to ensure high-quality products.
Operate and prepare bakery production equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers, in accordance with operational procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and workstations in line with food safety standards.
Support raw material stock opname, inventory control, and ensure ingredient availability for production.
We are looking for you who:
Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous internship or work experience in pastry, bakery, or food production is an advantage.
Basic understanding of pastry and bakery production processes.
Able to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
