Requirements:
•?1–2 years of experience in Marcom, Social Media, or Content Creation (experience with fashion, leather goods, or lifestyle accessories is a major plus).
•?Highly confident, charismatic, and natural in front of the camera for recorded short-form video content.
•?Strong videography & editing skills optimized for mobile viewing, using smartphones or professional cameras (CapCut mobile and Desktop).
•?Deep understanding of TikTok-specific trends, sounds, and the platform's unique algorithm.
•?Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•?Must provide a portfolio of video/visual work demonstrating both on-camera presence and mobile editing capabilities.
?Key Responsibilities:
•?Content Production & On-Camera Talent:
Act as the confident face of JFR Studio in TikTok videos; concept, shoot, and edit premium short-form content.
•?TikTok Publishing:
Manage the daily posting schedule, optimize hashtags, utilize trending audio, and handle the direct publishing of all approved content strictly on the TikTok platform.
•?Monthly TikTok Reporting:
Monitor platform analytics to deliver concise monthly reports tracking follower growth, views, engagement rates, and video performance.
•?Copywriting:
Write catchy, elegant, and platform-appropriate TikTok captions, on-screen text, and video scripts to effectively market the product features (e.g., leather quality, functionality, styling tips).
