JOB DESCRIPTION
Process daily transactions and maintain ledger.
Handle monthly/year-end closing and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and monitor cash flow, also present reports to shareholders
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax deadlines.
Coordinate audits and support budgeting activities.
Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time.
Calculate taxes, maintain documentation, and reconcile tax accounts.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and monitor tax deadlines.
Handle audits, tax authority communication, and risk mitigation.
Support tax planning and stay updated on regulation changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations with 4 years of experiences
Experience in a Chinese company and Mandarin language skills are a plus.
Experience in preparing and reviewing various types of tax reports.
Proficient in using tax and accounting software (e.g., Coretax, Accurate Online etc).
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Required to have a good and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Willing to work in PIK, North Jakarta. Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00.
