Finance Director

Job Responsibilities :

• Formulate and implement the financial strategy for the Indonesian subsidiary, oversee daily financial management, and lead as well as develop the finance team.

• Establish and improve the regional operating budget and business analysis system, and promote the effective implementation of business analysis.

• Ensure strict financial compliance and guarantee that the company’s accounting and tax practices comply with Indonesian laws and accounting standards.

• Develop financial accounting models and provide professional financial advice to support major business decisions.

• Liaise with headquarters and local external institutions in Indonesia, including tax authorities, banks, and auditors, and maintain strong cooperative relationships.

• Establish and optimize financial management systems and processes, prevent financial risks, and improve overall financial operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication is required. Fluency in Indonesian and/or English is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Relevant professional certifications are preferred. Must have senior financial management experience.

• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience in large enterprises.

• Familiar with Indonesian fiscal and taxation policies, tax declaration procedures, transfers pricing, and foreign exchange management regulations.

• Able to handle tax compliance independently.

• Strong sense of principle, detail-oriented, and rigorous. Good cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Willing to work from office (WFO) and be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
