Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Account Executive to grow our business by nurturing current relationships and exploring new opportunities. In this role, you will:
Develop new business by identifying opportunities with existing, lapsed, or previously released clients.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication—via visits, calls, and day-to-day touchpoints.
Collaborate with international teams to explore overseas business prospects.
Contribute to sales strategy with creative ideas and market insights.
Share and implement ideas to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to approximately 20 clients each month.
Prepare reports on client visits, issues encountered, shipment updates, and related activities.
Communicate updates and concerns effectively to the Assistant Manager.
Participate actively in weekly sales meetings.
Attend industry exhibitions to generate new client leads.
Support quotation preparation during the initial three months to build quoting skills.
Required Skill:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding companies as customer service or related role.
Experience in dealing with customer at a senior level.
Fast Learner, self-motivated, result oriented and excellent teamwork.
Proficiency in English & Japanese (min N3) is a must
