Qualifications:
Minimum D3 graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance processes, such as JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA.
Experience in painting machine maintenance (dip coating & powder coating).
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and parameter setting for injection, stamping, and painting machines.
Knowledge of robot handling setup/teaching (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc).
Knowledge of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plastic injection molding, stamping press, and painting machines (dip coating & powder coating), including related equipment.
Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation such as daily machine checks, preventive maintenance records, and new equipment trial reports (machines & tooling).
Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes.
Apply and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
Ensure machines and equipment are always in optimal condition and ready for production.
