Job Description
1. Manage end-to-end data center projects from construction, commissioning, handover, to operations and maintenance.
2. Act as the primary liaison with clients, leading technical discussions, project presentations, and coordination meetings.
3. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve technical and operational issues.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including MOP, SOP, EOP, SLA, reports, and other required technical documents.
6. Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient data center operations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center, Critical Facility, Facility Management, or MEP projects.
3. Strong understanding of data center critical infrastructure, construction, commissioning, and facility operations.
4. Excellent project management, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
