About Us:
We are a Jakarta-based online tennis shop passionate about growing the tennis community in Indonesia. We sell rackets, strings, shoes, apparel, and accessories.
What You'll Do:
-Plan and manage content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and possibly YouTube Shorts
-Create engaging short-form video content (reels, TikToks) showcasing products, tutorials, and tennis lifestyle
-Write captions in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English with strong CTAs
-Design static posts, stories, and infographics using Canva or similar tools
-Engage with followers — reply to comments and DMs, build community
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on performance data
-Collaborate on campaigns for product launches, promotions, and tennis events
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing a brand's social media (portfolio required)
Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and ideally basic photo/video editing
Understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
Creative eye with good taste in visual aesthetics
Passion for sports (tennis knowledge is a big plus!)
Able to produce content consistently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Experience with paid ads (Meta/TikTok Ads)
Basic photography skills
KOL/influencer coordination experience
