Job Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager – Managed Print Services (MPS) is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the daily performance of Account Managers. The role will directly supervise approximately three to five Account Managers and ensure achievement of sales targets, pipeline development, customer retention, and overall sales operations efficiency within the MPS business.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Managed Print Services (MPS).
• With at least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling corporate accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
