We are urgently hiring Customer Service Agents for our Hygiene Services Campaign (Voice). This role is ideal for experienced BPO professionals ready to take on a new challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism in every interaction
- Handle voice calls and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth transactions and accurate documentation
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service support
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
- Must be amenable to work onsite at Greenhills, San Juan City
- Open to night shift schedules
- Must be living within Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Antipolo, or Marikina
- Can start ASAP
