Role Description We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio by acquiring new business and providing strategic digital advertising solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.

  • Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Media Buying, and integrated digital campaigns, based on clients' business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising, media, and creator marketing solutions.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business objectives, marketing challenges, target audience, and advertising needs.

  • Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, deal closure, and client handover.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management while consistently achieving sales targets, revenue goals, and new client acquisition KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including advertisement, optimization and media branding team to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful campaign execution.

  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and market opportunities to proactively identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, or martech company.

  • Proven experience in acquiring new B2B clients and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

  • Good understanding of digital advertising solutions

  • Existing network within advertisers, agencies, or e-commerce sellers is a strong advantage

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent command of English (professional working proficiency) is required. Conversational English alone will not be sufficient. Mandarin is a plus.

P.S. This role reports directly to foreign management. Daily communication, meetings, and presentations are conducted in English, as the reporting line does not speak Bahasa Indonesia.
