Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets.
2. Expand business opportunities across both domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on export business development.
3. Identify and acquire new B2B customers, distributors, importers, and strategic partners globally.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation programs, exhibitions, trade fairs, showroom visits, customer activation, and referral initiatives.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to formulate effective business strategies.
7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline management, and performance evaluations on a regular basis.
8. Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, or Sales, preferably within the textile, towel manufacturing, home textile, or garment manufacturing industry.
3. Previous experience in B2B manufacturing companies serving international brands, retailers, wholesalers, or private label customers is highly preferred.
4. Proven experience in developing and managing export markets, including sourcing international buyers and expanding global business opportunities.
5. Strong understanding of international trade regulations.
6. Possess an extensive network within both domestic and international textile markets.
7. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
8. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into business growth.
9. Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
10. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for business development and customer visits.
