NIKE VISUAL MERCHANDISER

The Visual Merchandiser (VM) is responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising displays across all Nike-Giordano stores to effectively communicate sales campaigns, seasonal collections, and brand trends. Also, to provide knowledge and a pleasant shopping experience in the store so that customers will want to come and purchase our products.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute visual merchandising plans for all Nike-Giordano stores in line with sales campaigns and operational activities.

• Ensure all store displays comply with Nike-Giordano visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality and maintain visual consistency across all stores.

• Source and manage visual merchandising props, display materials, and other supporting elements.

• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure timely implementation of VM initiatives.

• Stay up to date with current fashion, retail, and visual merchandising trends to continuously improve store presentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Communication Visual / Design or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the fashion or retail industry.

• Fluent in English

• Accustomed to presenting his work in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience with planogram creation is required.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Passionate about sport, fashion, retail, and visual presentation.
