Store Merchandiser

Work Location: Cikokol, Tangerang

Job Description

1. Responsible for the visual merchandising of products throughout the store.

2. Ensure all products are arranged in accordance with the planogram and the company's display standards.

3. Rotate products to keep displays appealing and help sell older inventory more quickly.

4. Arrange products by category, color, size, and promotional theme.

5. Ensure that all price tags, signage, and promotional materials are correctly displayed.

6. Coordinate with the Store Leader regarding display needs and inventory levels.

7. Check product availability in display areas and provide restocking recommendations.

8. Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products and provide feedback to the relevant team.

9. Conduct periodic visual merchandising audits.

10. Prepare store visit reports along with documentation of display setups before and after arrangement.

11. Assist with implementing display setups for new store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns.

12. Provide guidance to the store team regarding product display standards.

Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree

2. At least have 2 year of experience as a Merchandiser, Visual Merchandiser, or Retail Merchandiser.

3. Understanding of visual merchandising principles and planograms.

4. Ability to create attractive product displays.

5. Meticulous, creative, and has aesthetic sensibility.

6. Willing to travel to all stores.

7. Strong communication skills.

8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for report generation.

10. Able Speak English.
