About the role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance - Garment professional to join our team at PT Doosan Cipta Busana Jaya- Work Located will be placed in Sukabumi. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the high quality and integrity of our garment products throughout the manufacturing process. As a key member of our manufacturing and logistics team, you will play a vital part in our continued success and growth.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough quality inspections at all stages of the production process to identify and address any issues or defects
Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards to maintain consistent product quality
Collaborating with production, engineering, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems
Analysing quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices
Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Documenting quality control activities and maintaining accurate records
Work on site - Sample Room
What we're looking for
Education : A Diploma or Degree in any dicipline .
Minimum 5 years of experience in Garment manufacturing as Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of fabric types, properties, and testing methods
Understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, and sewing techniques.
Proficiency in reading Technical Packs, specs, and grading sheets
Hard Working and Able to work under pressure & Fast Learner
Strong and well-structured communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Familiarity with spreadsheets for reporting.
Able to operating a computer especially Microsoft Office.
Good Personality , communication skills, and high analytical skill
Work Located will be placed in Sukabumi .
