About the Role
We are seeking a loyal, trustworthy, and motivated individual to join our team as a Bartender. You don’t need years of high-end experience to apply—we are fully willing to train the right person.
What matters most to us is your attitude. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for learning the craft of mixology, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You will work closely under the guidance of our Head Bartender and Owner to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Directions & SOPs: Strictly adhere to our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recipe specs, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Support the Team: Work collaboratively under the direct supervision of the Head Bartender and Venue Owner.
Maintain the Space: Keep the bar area exceptionally clean, organized, and fully stocked according to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Guest Service: Welcoming guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and providing attentive, professional service.
Learn & Grow: Actively participate in training sessions to master our cocktail menu, preparation techniques, and operational flow.
