Qualifications:
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 1 year of Customer service or BPO experience
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding hygiene products and services
- Assist customers with orders, account updates, billing concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products, schedules, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain account records
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
