We are looking for a motivated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach / Assistant Coach who is passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and helping grow a positive academy culture.
Whether you are an experienced instructor or an up-and-coming coach looking to develop your teaching career, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Assist in leading and supporting kids and adult Jiu-Jitsu classes.
Demonstrate techniques, drills, and class movements clearly and safely.
Help students improve their technique, confidence, and understanding.
Support class structure, warm-ups, and mat organization.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming training environment.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and members.
Represent Valor’s culture and professionalism on and off the mats.
Support academy events, workshops, and community activities when needed.
Requirements
Experience training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
Comfortable working with both kids and adults.
Coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
English and/or Bahasa Indonesia communication skills preferred.
Passion for martial arts, fitness, and community-building.
