The Fitness Coach is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized fitness coaching that helps members achieve their health and fitness goals. This role includes conducting fitness assessments, creating customized exercise programs, providing one-on-one and small group coaching, and ensuring members receive an outstanding fitness experience.
As a wellness professional, the Fitness Coach collaborates with the Nutritionist and Physical Therapist to provide a complete wellness journey while motivating members to remain engaged and committed to their fitness goals.
