SAP Functional Sr Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or a similar role, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions.

• Expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP PP, SAP HCM) and familiarity with integration points between different SAP modules.

• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.

• SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred but not required.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori is a plus.

• Willing to be placed in Mine Site, Paser East Kalimantan

• Implemented and configured SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Led system setup, data migration, testing, and deployment activities for successful project delivery.

• Translated business requirements into functional SAP solutions through strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

• Prepared detailed functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.

• Analyzed advance business challenges and provided effective, sustainable, and value-driven solutions.

• Worked closely with business users, project teams, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality SAP implementations.
