Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Food Scientist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting the company's innovation and business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Food Science, Product Development, or Research & Development within the F&B or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food formulation, food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food safety principles.
Familiar with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food quality management systems.
Experience in product development from concept to commercial production.
Understanding of shelf-life testing, sensory evaluation, and product stability assessment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize new food and beverage products from concept to commercialization.
Conduct product formulation, ingredient evaluation, and laboratory testing.
Perform product trials, validation, and production scale-up.
Evaluate product quality, stability, and shelf life through testing and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Marketing, throughout the product development process.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and product specifications.
Work closely with suppliers to evaluate new ingredients and raw materials.
