- Strong technical skills in manager selection, underpinned by rigorous quantitative analysis and the ability to evaluate investment managers using data-driven frameworks (e.g. performance attribution, risk-adjusted return analysis, factor exposure)
- Proficiency in quantitative and statistical methods relevant to investment analysis, including portfolio construction, risk modelling, and performance analytics, with comfort working across large datasets and financial modelling tools
- An unwavering research focus with the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable investment recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to present complex analytical findings and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Ability to work independently and as an excellent team player, managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate investment strategies across public and private asset classes, incorporating both fundamental and quantitative lenses
