Salary Package: ?19,000 gross monthly salary

Quick Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / K-12 Graduate.
- Must have face-to-face customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Front Desk, etc.).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Can start immediately this August.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Blended Customer Service Representative, you will handle customers queues to assist global customers with their car rental needs.
- Assist customers with vehicle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
