Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, display, and affiliate channels.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Manage large-scale media budgets, ensuring effective allocation and performance.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and player quality.
- Lead creative testing initiatives and optimize campaign performance through data-driven experimentation.
- Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution modeling, reporting, and performance insights.
- Analyze audience behavior, creative effectiveness, and campaign trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, platform partners, and vendors.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with creative, growth, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Media Buying, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with attribution modeling, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
- Background in gaming, fintech, e-commerce, betting, or other high-growth consumer platforms is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
