We're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you'll assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and provider services.
- Assist members with understanding health plan coverage and available services.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction performance goals.
- Stay up to date on healthcare policies, procedures, and program changes.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience
- Previous customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and onsite
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
