Sr. Marketing Officer - Transport Equipment

The Senior Officer – Business Unit is responsible for contributing to the growth and success of the Dongfeng Transport Equipment business by achieving sales targets, supporting marketing initiatives, ensuring effective project implementation, and overseeing operational and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales target by providing timely and accurate information to customers, stakeholders and sales team by identifying business opportunities, and ensuring proper project implementation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing activities and promotional programs to support sales growth and enhance market presence.
• Address and resolve operational issues and concerns within the section to ensure efficient business operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on sales performance, project status, and business activities as required.
• Explain effectively the features, advantages and benefits of the product to customers.
• Create sales kit for products.
• Analyze cost and market conditions to develop competitive product pricing.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and support business decisions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Logistics and Transport Industry.
3. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
