Tanggung Jawab

Mencari dan mengembangkan prospek tenant baru sesuai konsep mall.
Menjaga hubungan kerja dengan tenant eksisting dan calon tenant.
Mengelola pipeline prospek dan memastikan follow?up berjalan sampai tahap deal.
Mendukung negosiasi komersial (harga sewa, masa kontrak, benefit) bersama manajemen.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (leasing, legal, finance, operasional, marketing) terkait proses kerja sama.
Menyusun laporan berkala tentang occupancy, prospek, dan hasil pengembangan bisnis.
Memelihara dan memperbarui database prospek dan tenant: data kontak, status negosiasi, serta catatan komunikasi.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Marketing, Bisnis, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait).
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di sales/ leasing/tenant relation, idealnya di shopping mall atau retail property.
Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan laporan rutin.
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proaktif, berorientasi hasil, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak.
