As a Business Development Creator Manager – Creator Ecosystem (Jakarta), you will be responsible for developing and expanding the network of content creators collaborating with the company. You will identify new business opportunities, devise business development strategies, and ensure the engagement and growth of the creator community. Key responsibilities include evaluating creator potential, building strategic partnerships, managing business negotiations, and maximizing the value derived from creator collaborations. Additionally, you will contribute to formulating sustainable business growth strategies and driving innovation to strengthen the brand's position in the international market.

Job Description : 

- Develop creator acquisition strategy and segmentation system (Top / Mid / Long‑tail)

- Lead negotiations with Top KOLs and MCN agencies for exclusive partnerships

- Manage and mentor a team of BD Creator Specialists

- Design creator incubation programs to improve activity rate and GMV contribution

- Collaborate with Category Ops, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams

- Analyze ecosystem data to optimize ROI and CAC

Requirement : 

- 5+ years of experience in creator economy, e‑commerce, or agency management

- Proven success in signing Top KOLs or MCNs with measurable GMV impact

- Strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and business ownership

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
