We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our growing car rental team. This role is perfect for freshers and new job starters who want to build a career in customer service while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and rental processes
- Maintain professionalism in every interaction
- Provide support for payment, billing, mobility, and rental-related concerns
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / K12 Graduate
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
- Willing to learn and grow in the car rental industry
- At least 1 month of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar)
