Content Creator

We are a fast-growing startup focusing on the Indonesian beauty and skincare market. We are looking for a versatile, full-cycle Content Creator who can independently complete video planning, shooting and post-editing. You will be fully responsible for content production for the CEO’s personal social media IP account and the company’s official brand social media accounts.

You are required to be highly sensitive to local Indonesian social media trends and viral gameplay, skilled at creating trending & high-traffic short videos, and continuously delivering high-quality content to empower the CEO’s personal IP influence and overseas brand exposure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Full-cycle Content Production: Independently complete short video topic planning, on-site shooting, color grading, editing, subtitle design and final output. Capable of finishing complete high-quality video works independently without auxiliary support.
2. Dual-account Differentiated Content Operation: Manage daily content creation and updates for both the CEO’s personal IP account and the official brand account. Create differentiated content styles that fit personal IP characteristics and brand tonality, balancing personal influence building and corporate brand promotion.
3. Local Viral & Trending Content Creation: Continuously track Indonesian social media hot topics, popular video styles, platform algorithm rules and local aesthetic trends. Combine beauty industry features to create creative, high-interaction and viral short videos, and replicate stable hit content logic.
4. Data-driven Content Iteration: Analyze core data including video views, likes, comments, engagement and traffic conversion. Summarize local viral content rules, continuously optimize shooting techniques, editing rhythm and script logic to improve account traffic growth and fan stickiness.
5. Unified Content Style Polishing: Optimize and unify the overall content style according to CEO IP positioning and brand core tonality, maintain stable content output quality, strengthen user memory points, and enhance overseas brand influence.

Job Requirements
1. Solid practical skills in short video shooting and post-editing, proficient in mainstream editing software, able to complete full-cycle video production independently.
2. Strong social media sense, familiar with Indonesian local internet trends and viral video logic; relevant overseas hit video creation experience is preferred.
3. Experienced in content operation for personal IP and official brand accounts, able to deliver differentiated high-quality content according to different account positioning.
4. Good aesthetic standard and creative thinking, able to quickly adjust content styles following platform trend updates and data feedback.
5. High execution capability, able to adapt to fast-paced startup working mode and ensure stable and high-quality daily content output.
6. Fluent in English. Candidates with fluent Mandarin are prioritized.
