About the Role
Jayadi Media is a performance marketing agency managing paid media and growth strategy for SMB clients across e-commerce, corporate services, and education. We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to own campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic display for multiple SMB clients simultaneously
Run platform audits — identify compliance issues, tracking gaps, and pixel/conversion errors before they impact spend
Build and maintain attribution frameworks connecting ad platforms to downstream conversion events (WhatsApp inquiries, CRM, analytics tools like MixPanel/GA)
Own the reporting cycle: catch errors before client delivery (wrong date ranges, misleading metrics, missing context) — accuracy is non-negotiable
Translate performance data into a prioritized action roadmap, not just observations — every audit finding maps to a next step
Flag creative fatigue, tracking blockers, and competitive pressure (SOV, keyword encroachment) proactively, before clients ask
Collaborate with the automation/ops side to streamline reporting workflows (e.g., tools like n8n feeding Google Sheets from ad platforms and analytics sources)
Present findings and recommendations directly to client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3+ years hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok/programmatic a plus)
Strong grasp of attribution and analytics tools (GA, MixPanel, Meta Pixel, or similar)
Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and context-switching between strategic and operational work in the same day
Detail-oriented — you catch the blank slide, the wrong date, the misleading CPC framing before the client does
Bonus: familiarity with marketing automation/workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
Bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia & English) communication skills
