As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a talented and motivated Estimator & Drafter to join our team. The Estimator & Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and technical specifications for construction projects. This includes creating accurate and visually appealing designs using industry-standard software, estimating material and labor costs, and collaborating with project managers and architects to ensure all plans meet client requirements. The role also involves reviewing and revising drawings, maintaining documentation, and supporting the estimation process to ensure project feasibility and budget alignment.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Ideal applicants will have between 3 and 5 years of experience in drafting and estimating, with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
