• Create practical speaking scenarios and evaluate participant performance.
• Encourage learners to speak with confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support ongoing growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Formal teaching certification and a background in English fluency instruction.
• Strong facilitation presence with high empathy and confident communication.
• Learner-centered teaching style and a genuine growth mindset.
• Experience in education, public speaking facilitation, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn technical skills relevant to participant employment goals.
Experience working with adult learners or vulnerable populations is a strong advantage.
