Job Description – US Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our US Healthcare Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist members, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding healthcare-related services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing.
3. Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service.
4. Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
5. Follow company policies, client guidelines, and data privacy standards.
6.Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Qualifications:
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, or a college graduate (no call center experience required).
- Willing to work onsite in Cavite.
- Must have an active Viber account.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required
