Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in English/Civic/Bahasa Indonesia subject areas
- Prepare course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and performance
- Apply innovative teaching methods including digital tools and active learning techniques
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and out-of-class support to students
- Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations
- Contribute to curriculum development, review, and quality assurance
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development activities
- Assist with course administration including grading, record-keeping, and scheduling
- Stay current with developments in English/Civic/Bahasa Indonesia and higher education trends
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Teaching, English Language or similar
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or lecturing experience at tertiary level
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time position with an assigned weekly teaching schedule. Lecturers may occasionally be required to attend meetings, workshops, or institutional events on other days, as directed by the Program Director.
