The ideal candidate is a hands-on and service-driven Spa Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This individual is energetic, proactive, and highly people-oriented, capable of managing daily operations while motivating and developing a team. They are comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent customer service and guest handling skills.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Good understanding of spa operations, treatments, and service standards.
• Financial awareness, including budget control and cost management.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and cover operational needs when required.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Ensure all areas of the spa operate according to brand standards and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall spa presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance working environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, including coverage for leave and absences.
• Ensure every guest receives a high-quality and memorable spa experience.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Manage and monitor the spa’s budget and financial performance.
• Control costs while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for products and equipment.
• Ensure timely ordering and proper stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain consistent adherence to operational procedures and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, treatments, and techniques.
• Introduce new ideas and innovations to enhance the spa’s offerings.
• Collaborate with management on business improvements and initiatives.
