We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding product applications and performance.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• Prepare technical presentations, product documentation, and application guides.
• Support customer trials and product evaluations.
• Work closely with the sales team to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct market and product research when necessary.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the coatings industry or with specialty additives related to the coatings industry.
• Good understanding of paint formulations, raw materials, and additive applications.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water-based and solvent-based coating systems.
• Experience in technical service, R&D, laboratory work, or customer support.
• Knowledge of dispersants, defoamers, rheology modifiers, wetting agents, or other coating additives is an advantage.
