We’re expanding our team and are looking for skilled Mechanics to join our branches across Indonesia. This position is essential in maintaining our reputation for quality service, helping farmers keep their equipment in top shape for optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a range of John Deere agricultural equipment, including tractors and harvesters.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and provide effective solutions.

• Implement regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery life.

• Engage with customers to understand their equipment issues, provide updates, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and equipment maintenance history.

• Work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations and availability of required parts.

Qualifications:

• Prefer a local resident.

• Minimum of a vocational diploma (SMK) in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a mechanic in the heavy equipment industry, especially with agricultural machinery or experience in a dealer or plantation setting.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy equipment. Familiarity with John Deere equipment is a plus.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.

• Precise in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks to uphold quality standards.

• Able to clearly explain issues and repairs to customers and team members.

• Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus.

• Willingness to travel and work in various branch locations as needed.
