Are you a Telemarketer Leader (PIC) that considers yourself as a confident, organized, and creative in delivering outstanding telesales communication and able to work with the team and want to have a new place to continuously grow your career and capabilities?
Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, Grab, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Manage diverse marketing channels, including events, telemarketing, telesales, digital marketing, RSVP services, database marketing, and PR.
- Track campaign performance against key KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Ensure all campaign activities run according to targets, timelines, and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports & analysis.
- Support branding initiatives and marketing communication strategies.
- Manage timelines, project coordination, and campaign deliverables.
What You Need to have:
- Experience in Telemarketing PIC (Leader) minimum 1-2 years
- Bachelor’s degree from any dicipline.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Product knowledge in IT industry is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Result and target driven.
- Persistence, time management, customer service, and prospecting skills.
- Excellent Communication Skill & Problem Solving
- Discipline and professional.
