We are facilitating the recruitment process for one of our core sister companies—a recognized leader in integrated service solutions, including Outsourcing, Facility Management (FM), Cleaning, Laundry, and Landscape.
Qualifications & Experience:
Min. 4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Executive, or Sales role within the B2B services sector.
Strong network and understanding of corporate clients (offices, factories, malls, hospitals, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing contracts.
Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Having a valid driving license (SIM A/SIM C) is a plus

Willing to work at Senayan, South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in operational and facility needs.
Strategically identify and close additional service contracts (upselling/cross-selling) within the existing client portfolio, particularly focusing on expanding Outsourcing, FM, and Landscape services.
Coordinate internally with Operations and Technical Teams to ensure the successful delivery and fulfillment of all contracted services, meeting high quality and SLA standards.
Lead contract negotiations, manage service renewals, and prepare regular reports on account status, forecasting, and profitability.
Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high client retention rates.
