Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Interested in banking, customer service, and digital financial services

  • Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, Web3, blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance (DeFi)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented with a service excellence mindset

  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • English proficiency is an advantage

  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
