MOBILE DEVELOPER – Remote (Indonesia)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer based in Indonesia to build and maintain our dual mobile app ecosystem (Rider App and Driver App). Because ride-hailing heavily relies on continuous map rendering and live GPS tracking, you will focus on building a seamless user experience that handles changing network conditions smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Build clean, responsive mobile interfaces based on ready-to-use UI/UX mockups

• Integrate mapping and location plugins to display live driver movements, route polylines, and pickup points

• Connect the mobile apps with backend services via real-time communication protocols (WebSockets/MQTT) to stream live locations

• Set up push notifications (FCM) to trigger instant alerts for ride matches, driver arrivals, and order updates

• Manage complex app states (e.g., switching from "searching" to "in-trip") and optimize app lifecycle performance to prevent battery/memory drain

About you

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience building cross-platform applications using Flutter & Dart

• Experience publishing and updating applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Practical experience working with the Google Maps Flutter plugin and geolocation packages (geolocator, location)

• Solid understanding of Flutter state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

• Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts using clean code architecture (e.g., MVVM), and proficiency with Git workflows

• Prior experience developing user-facing or driver-facing mobile apps for ride-hailing, food/grocery delivery, or logistics platforms

• Experience implementing offline-first design patterns or handling local caching to ensure the app doesn't crash during poor network conditions
