Production Assistant
Job Description:
- End-to-end talent management support of production
- Managing project plans and budgets with the guidance and support
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date production schedules, production documents, and equipment
- Attending and assisting at video shoots and live streaming sessions
- Managing talent operations, including sales and operational reporting
- Coordinating brand campaign execution, livestream activities, and video production
- Assisting and supporting team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting or any related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Assistant or in a related position
- Experience in a Digital Agency or startup is a plus
- Able to manage production equipment, documentation, budgets, and schedules
- Familiar with reporting; sales, other administration
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Meruya, West Jakarta
