Open Position for one Retail Sales Associate to join our In-House Sales Team

About The Company:

Main tasks:

· Have a good knowledge our retail of product, price range, and stock availability. Bali store locations: Kerobokan, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur.

· Greet and interact with clients, understand the buying power tentatively and provide assistance, addressing their fashion-related inquiries.

· Offer expert guidance on product specifications, fashion trends, color combination, and styling.

· Utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.

· Through proactive consumer engagement, achieve or surpass individual and store sales objectives.

· Establish enduring relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.

· Maintain to always stay updated of BIASA product knowledge in order to provide superior service standards to customers.

Qualifications:

· Min 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail.

· Excellent verbal communication in both Indonesian & English with interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· High school diploma. Additional education is a strong plus. Next point Well-groomed and pleasant appearance.

· Strong interest in fashion and an eye for style.

· Good memory for preference returning customers and their purchasing history

Working Hours: 

08.30 AM to 15.30 PM, 6 days a week.
